| There are a few simple methods that usually can solve some of the most common problems in Allan eC.
Often you can solve many simple problems on your own.
Before contacting support, you can check the following:
- All cables are fastened properly and Internet is working as usual.
- If it is a program error - write down the version of Allan eC that you use. You can find the version number by clicking on Help --> About Allan eC - in the menu bar on the top of the program.
- Prepare a description of the error (what are you trying to do, what happens with the computer etc.)
- Document the time/date when the error occured - latest time when it was working? Did you do anything special with the computer when the error occured?
- Provide information on which broadband provider you use.
- Any error messages shown in Allan eC (write down the error messages carefully).
If you give us a detailed error description you will make it possible for us to help you better and solve the problem with Allan eC more quickly.
